ABOUT REVIVE


Revive is a small home based clinic, located in the centre of Glenrothes and offers a variety of treatments from relaxation to deep tissue. The clinic has great facilities including:

  • parking at the door
  • disabled access
  • toilet and shower facilities
  • heated treatment bed
I qualified with the Advanced Massage Techniques School  (AMTS) and I am fully insured with Balens Insurance so you can trust that you are in safe hands.
I am a very active person myself, with a love for triathlon, ultra running, paddle boarding and the great outdoors. Being a sports enthusiast, I understand what your body goes through when taking part in sport, and what it needs to recover and to keep performing well.
Here at Revive, I am all about inclusivity, and have a variety of clients through my doors - so everyone is welcome!

Revive Swedish

Swedish massage is a full body massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system

1 Hour or 1.5 Hours

An Ancient ritual for the body using hot basalt stones to massage the whole body including neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. This treatment promotes relaxation, alleviates tension, stress and anxiety and promotes detoxification.

Massaging the head, scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. A wonderful relaxing treatment promoting relaxation and inner calm. If you enjoy your hair being played with, you will also love this treatment. Great for promoting sleep, hair growth, prevents headaches and balances energy levels

Thai foot massage is both invigorating and deeplly relaxing. It is beneficial for tired feet, improves circulation, lymph movement and flexibility in the feet and lower legs. Produces a deep and unique feeling of balance, relaxation and well being.

Revive Warm Fusion Bamboo & Hot Stones

Revive Fusion is a mix of hot stones and warm bamboo. Heat works by helping your muscles relax, which can alleviate both pain and stiffness. Applying heat encourages blood ciculation and reduces pain.

A technique that works on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Slow and firm strokes that concentrates on a particular area of issue.

Revive Sports Massage

1 Hour

Designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Every back, neck and shoulder massage will be bespoke to each client. Focusing on particular areas of tension, using the clients preferred pressure to help get the most out of each treatment. Back, neck and shoulder massage can help to relieve stress and tension

Revive Hot and Cold Therapy

60 minutes

Hot and cold therapy can be healing and beneficial to your body and they each have their own unique powers. Heat acts as a sedative or relaxer, Hot stone massages work by expanding your blood vessels which draws your blood throughout the body and rids it of waste. On the other hand, cold therapy and comes with a set of benefits all of its own. This is sure to help your inflammation and swelling of an injury.

This treatment is tailored to suit your lifestyle and is a great way to keep on top of any aches and pains. For example, if you are a runner I will massage your hammies, quads, glutes and lower back, relieving any tension and tight spots you may have.

Revive Kinesiology Taping

15 minutes

If you’ve been injured, kinesiology tape can help improve circulation and reduce swelling in the area where you’re hurt. Kinesiology tape is also used to add extra support to muscles or joints that need it. Kinesiology tape can help re-train muscles that have lost function or that have become used to an unhealthy way of working.

Dry Cupping Therapy with Massage

Massage, incorporated with cupping helps aid soft tissue injuries and reduce pain by Increasing localised circulation, oxygenation and nutrient content within the tissue, It removes stagnant blood and waste products, Cups can either be left in a static position or moved to provide a deep tissue massage effect.

It’s a super exciting time for mum and bump, however pregnancy can produce muscular discomforts such as leg cramps, muscle stiffness, tension and knots. A massage can help to improve circulation, stimulate blood flow and help ease discomfort and pain whilst also helping to promote relaxation. The massage concentrates on your back, shoulders, arms, hips, legs and feet.

    I work Part-Time Hours which are currently:-

    SATURDAY - CLOSED

  • Where are you located?

    I am a small business working from my home in the centre of Glenrothes. The clinic is separate to the house. I provide the full address and directions the day before your appointment. You will receive these by text.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    I accept cash and card. 


    You can also pay by bank transfer.

  • Cancellation Policy?

    48 hours advance notice will result in no charge

    24 - 48 hours will result in a 50% charge

    24 hours and under will result in a 100% charge

  • How do I Book?

    I have an online booking system where you can view my list of available dates and treaments. It is a quick and easy booking sytem that only requires basic details. No payment is required on booking.
